Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Community module in the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Select Registration Page
Step 3: Create your form by adding all the necessary fields - Name, birth date, email, etc.
To make a field required select the Required Field box.
Step 4: To add a custom field, select Custom Fields, then select, Add a Custom Field.

Step 5: Once you have created your Registration form select Save Changes.
