On your app and website, you can opt to have your Giving Page open externally using a browser on your device.

Please note: When your app is in the (re)publishing process, it will automatically change to open externally and change back once the (re)publish is live. Changing this setting while in the publishing process may result in your app being declined.

Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Connection module in the dropdown menu

Step 2: Select App Pages

Step 3: Select the edit icon next to your Donations page

Step 4: Select the Open Page in External Browser check box

Note: Make sure your page is activated and selected to show on the app, PWA or both

Then select Save

When users select the Giving Page, it will automatically open in an external browser
