Adding an Alternative Contact to your Church Base account helps us to serve you better and communicate more efficiently. This gives us permission to speak to the Alternative Contact regarding billing, details of your church's account, and for security verification, if needed.
Please note: This does not create a Church Base account for this contact. To allow unique access to your Church Base dashboard, please add a Team Member.
How to Add an Alternative Admin Contact
Step 1: In your dashboard, select on the person icon on the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Select Account in the drop down menu.
Step 3: Select Add Contact
Step 4: Type in Contact Information of the person you are adding as an Alternative Contact
Step 5: Select Create
You now have an Alternative Admin Contact on your organization's account!
