The easiest and fastest way to set up "People" is to send the "On Board" form to your congregation.
This allows your members to register and fill out their own profile and family information. All that data is then automatically synced directly into your ChMS.
Access Your Church's On-Board Form
Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Community module in the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Select "Resources" and "Churches"
Step 3: Hover your curser over your Church and select "Public Form"
Step 4: Copy the URL and send it to your Congregation via email, or post it on your social networks!
How to "Add Person" Through On-Board Link
Step 1: Open On-Board Form link provided.
Enter in Mobile Number and "Submit".
Step 2: Enter Security Code sent to your mobile phone
Step 3: Enter personal information and select "Create Account"
Step 4: Add Family information
