Password protected pages allow you to make specific App Pages private so that only users within a selected group, or given a password may access those pages.

This allows you to create private pages that have sensitive information that you do not wish to share with every user within the app (example: Directory page, staff resources, or information for parents).

How to Create a Password Protected Page

Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Connection module in the dropdown menu.

Step 2 Select App Management and App Pages

Step 3: Select the edit icon next to the page you would like to password protect.

Step 4: Select the toggle labeled "Private". The setting is turned on when the bar turns red.

Step 5: Once you have made the page private, select which groups will be able to view the page and set a password for the page.

Now, when users attempt to access the password protected page, they will be prompted to enter the password.
