Adding an Alternative Contact to your ChurchBase account helps us to serve you better and communicate more efficiently.

This gives us permission to speak to the Alternative Contact regarding details of your church's account. 


Let's walk through the steps of how to set up your Alternative Contact!

Step 1: Click on the person icon on the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Select "Account" in the drop down menu.

Step 3: Select "Add Contact" 

Step 4: Type in Contact Information of the person you are adding as an Alternative Contact

Step 5: Select "Create"

You now have an Alternative Admin Contact on your church's account! 🎉
