To help you save time communicating with your Church's members, we created an easy Templates feature!
You can use this feature for weekly reminders, volunteer information, Bible schedule reading - any information that you send out on a regular basis.
How to Create a Template
Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Community module in the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Select Resources and then Templates in the side menu.
Step 3: Select Add Template
Step 4: Select between Email or SMS
Step 5: Create a Title and compose your email/SMS template.
Select Save.
Use Insert Recipient's Name to automatically personalize your email or SMS.
How to Use a Template
After your templates are created, they will be listed and show which whether it is email or SMS.
Let's say you want to send a weekly reminder to your Women's Ministry group that you created.
Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Community module in the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Select People and then Groups in the side menu.
Step 3: Scroll across the screen and select Send Email or Send SMS
Step 4: Select Load Template and choose which template you would like to use.
Scroll down and select Send Email.
You did it! You used a template to send an email or SMS to your group!
