Text-to-Give allows your donors to text "Give" to your organization's customized phone number. Giving has never been easier!

This Article provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up your SMS Giving Number.

Please Be Advised: Before you are able to use the Text-to-Give feature, your church's Giving will need to be set up and verified. If you have not set up your Giving, please Setup Church to get started.

Step 1: In your Dashboard, select the Contribution module in the dropdown menu

Step 2: Select Organizations

Step 3: Select Generate Number in the SMS Giving # column to choose a local unique ten-digit number

Step 4: Enter a local phone number with the area code you would like your Organization's phone number to have

Select the state to which the phone number entered is found

Select Search

Step 5: Select the drop down menu labeled Select a Number and choose a number you would like to use as your Organization's Text-to-Give and SMS phone number from the selection of available numbers

Step 6: Select Create Number

Step 1: Text the word Give to your SMS Giving #
The first time you text the number, you'll be prompted to register and enter a payment source.

Step 2: When you receive the link, select the link and choose Login/Register
Follow the prompts to set up your giving account

Step 3: After you set up your account, you will need to give the first donation on the giving form and "Save Payment Source for Later".

Step 4: Now that the account is established, you can text the following prompts to give!

After you reply with the fund you would like to donate to, you'll be asked which saved payment source you would like to use.

Once selected the payment is processed you will receive an SMS confirmation.
